Mosaika collaborated with artist Jet Martinez for this San Francisco Hospital mural, located at the emergency entrance. Made with byzantine smalti glass and hand glazed ceramics, with images of birds, animals and flowers. Stylistically the mosaic references the traditional indigenous Mexican folk art of Amate. Artwork commissioned by the San Francisco Arts Commission
