Under the title D’eaux et de lumière (Of Water and Light), the work is a tribute to all the arms of water that converge towards the city of Alma,
and also to light, the benevolent source of all life.
The work is abstract and metaphorical, suggesting rather than illustrating.
Timeless, it appeals to the memories and impressions that nature and its changing landscapes leave in us.
